Creating Your Custom Box

What is the difference between white corrugated cardboard and Kraft corrugated cardboard?

White corrugated cardboard offers a clean and fresh look while making the colours appear smoother and more vibrant.

Kraft corrugated cardboard, on the other hand, is generally more affordable than premium white cardboard. It provides a natural texture and an organic feel that can be attributed to its eco-friendly packaging made from partially recycled content.

Can I print on the inside and outside of the box?

Yes, you can print both on the inside and outside of the box by selecting various different printing options at the top of the page – for example Light Colour printed 2 sides.

Can I order custom boxes with no print?

We do not offer stock, plain boxes as we specialise in printing your boxes. We can recommend several suppliers in the UK that offer stock boxes, please contact us.

Can I customise the size of the box?

Yes of course! We have already chosen the most popular sizes for you, but if you need a specific size, please fill out the quote request form and let us know what size you are looking for and we’ll quote accordingly.

Designing Your Custom Box

What is a dieline template?

A dieline template is a flat layout of your box in PDF or .ai (Adobe Illustrator) format that comes with the necessary lines such as bleed lines, trim lines, and crease lines. With a dieline template, you can easily place your design elements on the panels of the box, making sure your artwork is printed perfectly. Our dieline template can be edited using the most popular professional editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Can I create the design of my custom box on your website?

Yes, you can. Use our 3D design studio tool to create your own box design from scratch. You can insert images, add shapes and lines, add text, crop, rotate, and more – then preview your box in 3D to see exactly how your box is going to look.

Do you review the artwork before printing?

Yes, we do. We review every artwork and look for any technical issues such as alignments and image resolution before printing. If we manage to find a problem, our team will fix it if it’s very simple or straight forward, if not we will reach out to you for further instruction. We are not responsible, however, for any misspelling and wrong content.

Will the colours on my screen and on the box match?

We use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) when printing your custom boxes whilst your screen uses RGB (Red, Green, Blue). That alone may cause the variation of the colours that you see on your screen and on the box. Each monitor is also calibrated differently so you may find the printed colours different than what you are expecting. However, we make it a point to make the colours on your proof to be as close as possible so you can see the final product before deciding to move forward with the printing or not.
